Frequently Asked Question

Where is the letter explaining the changes in the billing policy?
Last Updated 5 years ago

The letter explaining the changes in our billing policy is below:

Dear White Cap Solutions Customer,

Paying White Cap Solutions for your recurring web services just got easier. Many of you have asked me to automatically bill your credit/debit card when your bill becomes due. In the past, I was not able to accommodate this feature because I used PayPal exclusively for billing and collections. I recently joined Intuit (the maker of Quicken, TurboTax, and QuickBooks) processing service to handle my recurring billing.

What does this mean for you?
You no longer have to physically take an action every quarter, or annually to stay current on your web services. You’ll simply sign up for my recurring billing and your payment will be automatically processed when it becomes due.

What does this mean for White Cap Solutions?
I will no longer need to contact you to remind you of a missed payment or suspend an account due to inadvertently missed payments. This should improve my cash flow and allow me to continue to add features and security measures that will keep your sites safe and secure.

So what’s next and how do you sign up?
In the next few days, I will be emailing you a link to a secure billing page where you can provide your billing information. If you would rather not provide the information online, you are welcome to call me and provide your billing information over the phone. Your recurring billing information will be required in order for me to continue to serve you. I look forward to continuing our business relationship for years to come. If you have any questions regarding the new billing policy please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely yours,

Frank White, Administrator
White Cap Solutions
