To generate and retrieve a domain secret code or an authorization code please log into your Domain Management Control Panel (DMCP). Your DMCP is located at this address: http://whitecapsolutions.supersite.myorderbox.com/login.php. Follow these step by step instructions:

1. Sign In
2. Mouse over your name (upper right corner)
3. Click My Account
4. Under Manage Orders select List/Search Orders
5. Locate and click on your domain name
6. Click on Theft Protection -
7. Make sure Theft Protection is disabled by Update Theft Protection Status
8. Click Domain Secret
9. Copy your domain authorization code
10. Click Update Domain Secret
11. Sign Out
